• Contract Job Summary:

  Island Boat Adventures is seeking an energetic and experienced Charter Boat Captain with a valid Master Captain License to join our crew. We're looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic captain that's ready to show our guests a great time on the water while prioritizing safety. As Boat Captain, you will be responsible for safely operating our vessels (45
• foot Corinthian Catamaran & 28-foot Carolina Skiff), providing exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

This position can be part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling based on demand. Pay is per trip with tips.

Requirements:

USCG Master Captain License. Ability to safely navigate a 45-foot Catamaran. Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work weekends and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Completing logs and safety checks. Outgoing , cheerful personality.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety of all passengers on board Navigate the vessel in a safe and responsible manner Provide excellent customer service to our guests Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vessel Keep the boat stocked with water, snacks, and other amenities Monitor the weather and adjust the itinerary as necessary Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with passengers and crew members.
