associate that will work to become front counter Rental & OPE Sales / PARTS SALES Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their

needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth transactions. Duties include renting construction equipment and Outdoor power sales (zero turns and trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws) Responsibilities

• 1st learn work work check in & out rental equipment. Then work towards transitioning to front desk rentals & OPE Sales
• Parts look up of Outdoor power equipment
• Negotiate rental agreements with customers
• Perform data entry to update rental records and customer information
• Maintain organized parts inventory and assist with inventory management
• Utilize sales skills to promote rental services and upsell additional products
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the rental process
• Assist in sales management activities to drive rental revenue & outdoor power sales
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus to cater to diverse customer needs
• Make daily deposits Qualifications

• SELF MOTIVATED / MUST STAY BUSY

• Strong organizational skills to manage parts & rental processes efficiently
• Previous experience in parts counter sales, rental & retail sales is preferred
• Proficiency in

POINT OF RENTAL SOFTWARE / GOOGLE SHEETS

for documentation purposes

• Knowledge of inventory management practices is beneficial
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the local market trends and customer preferences

• SALES EXPERIENCE WITH ZERO TURN MOWER SCAG , GRAVELY , HUSQVARNA , ARIENS / HAND HELD 2 STROKE STIHL , HUSQVARNA AND ECHO

• (Sales experience a plus, but no required)
