Job Description
Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment Oversee food production, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations Plan menus that reflect culinary trends, dietary needs, and customer preferences Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain rigorous hygiene standards Oversee shift management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Skills Proven supervisory and team management skills to motivate staff and ensure smooth operations Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and dietary requirements Experience in menu planning, food production, and kitchen management systems Ability to manage inventory effectively while controlling costs without compromising quality Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire creativity among team members Familiarity with restaurant management practices including shift management and customer service excellence We value energetic professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences while leading with integrity and innovation.
