Job Description

Lead the Kitchen. Set the Standard. Atlantic Hospitality Group is seeking a strong, hands-on Chef de Cuisine to lead day-to-day kitchen operations at one of the North Shore's most dynamic oceanfront restaurants. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in running an organized, high-performing kitchen while delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. What You'll Do Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency Lead, schedule, and develop a team of cooks and kitchen staff Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost controls Maintain high standards for food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness Ensure all menu items are executed consistently and to standard Work closely with front-of-house and the management team to deliver a seamless guest experience Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with local health regulations What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume culinary environment
  • Previous experience in a supervisory kitchen role
  • Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory procedures, and kitchen operations
  • Proven experience in a kitchen leadership role
  • Strong organizational and team management skills
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • A hands-on leader with a passion for quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge with kitchen software, Toast, extraChef, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred but not required
