Indian Chef We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Akron. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, ensuring high quality and consistency. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, managing inventory, and training kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian cuisine, strong cooking skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per week.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes
• Ensure high quality and consistency in all food items
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards
• Collaborate with the team to create new menu items
• Monitor food costs and maintain budget guidelines
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Indian Chef
• Deep understanding of Indian cuisine including spices, flavors, and cooking techniques
• Strong cooking skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Experience managing inventory and ordering supplies
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to train and motivate kitchen staff

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The kitchen environment can be hot and busy at times.
