Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$25.00 per hour
Shift:
7AM-7PM on a 2-2-3 schedule
OR 7PM-7AM

Production Operator II:

You'll be: Operating manufacturing equipment, including extrusion (preferred, but not required), mixing, blending, granulation, or packaging machines Following batch processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality Troubleshooting equipment and process issues, making necessary adjustments to maintain production flow Performing basic quality checks, interpreting results, and accurately completing production paperwork and data entry Verifying raw materials, labels, and batch documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Communicating with supervisors, engineers, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues and meet production goals Adhering to all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and plant procedures This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a minimum of 2+ years of manufacturing experience (chemical or processing preferred) Possess strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot errors before they impact production Are comfortable handling materials, lifting up to 55 lbs, and working on your feet for 12-hour shifts Are willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights) and have flexibility for overtime Have basic verbal and written communication skills to work effectively within a team (Preferred) Have experience with extrusion or process manufacturing, quality documentation, or a chemical/plastics background (Nice to have) Forklift experience and batch processing exposure What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
