Job Description

Brewer Science, Inc. is a major innovator of high-technology solutions for the semiconductor / microelectronics markets. We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Chemical Manufacturing Technician. This position will be located in Vichy, MO.
Summary:
Chemical Manufacturing Technicians and Specialists play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery, adherence to quality standards, and timely production of high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
Execute assembly and chemical production tasks with precision and attention to detail. Follow stand operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in the chemical manufacturing process. Monitor and report any deviations or defects in the chemical manufacturing process. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including equipment logs, quality reports, and inventory documentation. Collaborate with the quality team to document and address any nonconformities. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly. Operate process related chemical manufacturing equipment such as pumps, compressors, and valves in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, considering chemical hazards and safety. Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues. Monitor chemical manufacturing process equipment and conditions including process levels, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates. Assist and prepare intermediate or finished product synthesis, formulation, purification, bottling, labeling, and packaging. Interpret test results on chemical materials and products and compare against specifications. Observe chemical materials and process behavior. Identify nonconformities and act based on control plans or material review. Comply with cleanroom protocols and perform general housekeeping tasks and clean-up procedures.
Education & Credentials:
High school diploma or equivalent and Minimum 2 years of related technician experience or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
