Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose technical challenges and implement effective solutions. Champion workplace safety by strictly adhering to industry-standard protocols and hazard mitigation strategies. Mentor incoming staff on technical workflows, safety standards, and operational best practices. Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives to streamline production and reduce operational waste. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent certification. Demonstrated experience in a chemical processing or industrial manufacturing environment. Strong aptitude for following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with high attention to detail. Physical capability to handle heavy materials and perform tasks requiring extended periods of standing. Proficiency in verbal and written communication for team collaboration and reporting. Preferred Skills Associate or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related technical field. Advanced knowledge of chemical safety regulations and hazardous material handling.
