About the Role As a Chemical Manufacturing Technician, you will be instrumental in driving our production output by managing complex chemical processing equipment and ensuring rigorous quality standards. You will play a vital role in optimizing our manufacturing workflows while maintaining a culture of safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee the operation of chemical processing machinery to ensure high-efficiency production cycles. Execute precise quality control testing on raw materials and final chemical batches to guarantee product integrity. Document production metrics and maintain comprehensive logs to ensure regulatory compliance and process transparency. Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose technical challenges and implement effective solutions. Champion workplace safety by strictly adhering to industry-standard protocols and hazard mitigation strategies. Mentor incoming staff on technical workflows, safety standards, and operational best practices. Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives to streamline production and reduce operational waste. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent certification. Demonstrated experience in a chemical processing or industrial manufacturing environment. Strong aptitude for following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with high attention to detail. Physical capability to handle heavy materials and perform tasks requiring extended periods of standing. Proficiency in verbal and written communication for team collaboration and reporting. Preferred Skills Associate or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related technical field. Advanced knowledge of chemical safety regulations and hazardous material handling. Proven track record in troubleshooting mechanical or process-related production issues.
