We are seeking a skilled Chemical Operator for a direct-hire role offering long-term stability, great benefits, and career growth. Why You'll Love Working Here Direct-hire opportunity with full benefits from day one Stable, well-established employer with strong growth Clean, organized cGMP production environment Excellent training, cross-training, and advancement potential What You'll Do As a Chemical Operator I, you will operate semi-automatic equipment that processes chemicals into finished products. You'll be trained to operate at least one work cell and play a key role in maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency. Weigh and measure solid, powdered, liquid, and gaseous materials Load and offload chemicals safely and efficiently Monitor and maintain system parameters such as temperature, pressure, and vacuum levels Adjust equipment controls to optimize reaction speed, product quality, and yield Operate pumps, filters, and related processing equipment Accurately use scales and measuring systems Complete production paperwork and documentation Work closely with Quality Control and R D teams Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and submit maintenance work orders as needed Maintain a clean, safe work area in accordance with safety, housekeeping, and 6S standards Support team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of experience in chemical processing or manufacturing preferred Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Respirator certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs consistently Team-oriented with strong communication skills Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once Willingness to learn with a humble, positive attitude Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Work Environment Non-temperature-controlled environment Exposure to moderate noise and occasional odors Standing, walking, lifting, bending, and climbing required Use of PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, or respirators as needed Schedule & Compensation Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week Competitive hourly wage of $19 an hour (depending on experience) + 4% shift premium for 2nd Shift or 6% shift premium for 3rd Full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and more #ZIP #IND001 ???????
