  $27.00 per hour

• Shift:

  24/7 rotating shifts, all shifts and overtime, 12-hour rotating (Dupont schedule), shifts start/end at 6 AM/6 PM

• What's a typical day as Chemical Operator? You'll be:
• + Operating major plant equipment and processes, including pumps, valves, filters, screens, compressors, and dryers + Maintaining equipment, diagnosing issues, and ensuring optimal operation + Operating a forklift and supporting logistics by loading/unloading trucks and rail cars + Keeping accurate records, interpreting instructions, and performing product quantity and quality testing + Identifying and reporting safety violations or concerns + Upholding excellent housekeeping, attendance, and teamwork standards •This job might be an outstanding fit if you:•+ Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a production manufacturing environment (3 years as a chemical operator preferred) + Possess basic computer skills and SAP knowledge + Work well in a team and demonstrate strong communication skills + Maintain good work habits regarding attendance, safety, and housekeeping + Are able to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including overtime + Can lift and carry up to 55 lbs, work from heights or in contained areas, and wear required PPE such as face masks/shields + Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment •What happens next•Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
