Day Shift:

6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Night Shift:

6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Rotation Pattern:

2,,2,3,2-days for 2 weeks 2,2,3,2-nights for 2 weeks We are seeking a Chemical Manufacturing Production Operator to support manufacturing operations by performing production, packaging, material handling, and compliance-related tasks in a regulated environment. This role requires strong attention to safety, quality, and procedure adherence in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Perform production operations according to established procedures and protocols Execute packaging operations based on current production guidelines Transport chemicals and equipment using pumps, piping systems, forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies Ensure product quality and quantity throughout all stages of production Wear required PPE, including full-face respirators, gloves, protective suits, and other safety gear Clean equipment and work areas after production activities Handle waste disposal in compliance with safety and environmental regulations Complete required documentation, including batch records and logbooks Communicate production status and report any equipment or process deviations to supervision Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and operational policies Identify and respond to unsafe conditions appropriately Participate in required safety and quality training sessions Maintain a clean and organized work environment Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree in life sciences preferred 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or chemical production environment (1-2 years preferred for AA candidates) Forklift experience required Required Skills Safe chemical handling practices Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Basic computer skills Mechanical aptitude Troubleshooting ability Strong interpersonal skills Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
