Research & Development Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chemist I to join our R&D team in Clark, NJ. This role will support product development activities through formula creation, testing, stability follow-up, and product optimization. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Complete and evaluate formulas while monitoring product stability Troubleshoot and adjust formulas as needed to meet performance and quality standards Create prototype formulations and modify formulas to meet product specifications Provide creative and resourceful solutions during the product development process Collaborate with cross-functional support groups within R&D and related departments Manage and maintain a minimum of five basic projects simultaneously Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records Follow laboratory safety procedures and company guidelines Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or other science-related field required Minimum of 2 years of laboratory or formulation experience Cosmetics or personal care industry experience preferred Strong computer literacy and familiarity with laboratory documentation systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively Team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude Screening questions: Do you now or in the future require sponsorship (e.g. H-1B)?
