The ideal candidate will have several years of hands‑on experience operating cherry pickers/order pickers, working with scanners, and performing inventory‑related tasks. This role requires a fast‑paced work style, strong attention to detail, and the ability to consistently lift up to 100 pounds . Key Responsibilities Safely operate cherry picker and order picker equipment to pick and store inventory Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or similar scanning devices Perform cycle counts and assist with regular inventory checks Ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies as needed Maintain a fast, efficient pace while meeting productivity and safety standards Follow all warehouse safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (loading, staging, organizing inventory) Qualifications & Requirements Several years of experience operating cherry picker/order picker equipment Strong experience using warehouse scanners (RF or similar systems) Knowledge of cycle counts, inventory checks, and stock accuracy procedures Ability to consistently lift up to 100 pounds Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented Forklift/cherry picker certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 100 pounds on a regular basis Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach throughout the shift Comfortable working at heights while operating cherry picker equipment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities (as applicable) Stable work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement 401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Health insurance
