Job Overview Freedom Chevrolet is a family-owned dealership looking for an Chevrolet Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales success. Chevrolet Sales Associate Responsibilities Utilize Cox Auto Vinsolutions to engage with customers and translate leads into dealership visits and sales. Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. Conduct test drives and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries from potential buyers. Foster long-term relationships with customers through outstanding customer service and follow-up communication. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle models. Chevrolet Sales Associate Experience 2+ years General Motors franchise experience selling Chevrolet and other General Motors branded vehicles. Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively. General Motors training/certifications. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients. Ability to communicate effectively; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A passion for automobiles and automotive sales and a desire to help customers find their perfect vehicle.
