CHHA Aides in various locations Hammonton, NJ 08037 $20 an hour - Part-time, Full-time $20 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide exceptional in-home care across various locations in South Jersey (female client in Hammonton [9am to 3:30pm daily], female client in Margate City [two days a week], female client in Hammonton [live-in, $230 a day], monthly shifts for a female client in Dorothy [8am to 8pm on Mon and Tues, and overnights Tues and Wed (8pm to 8am)] and monthly respite care for a female client in Millville [Friday evening to Monday morning, once a month]. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring assistance with daily activities and medical needs. The ideal candidates are energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a respectful and empathetic manner. Responsibilities Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients' conditions regularly, noting changes in health or behavior Medication reminders and basic medical tasks such as vital signs checks, catheter care, and wound management under supervision Support patients with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care strategies Document patient information accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are followed Qualifications Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) Proven experience working in home health or long-term care environments Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities preferred Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for documentation purposes Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude towards patients of all ages and backgrounds Join our team to deliver personalized home health services that truly make a difference!
