Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the efficient, safe, and responsible operation of all building systems and equipment within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance and continuous operation of building systems, ensuring optimal facility performance. Supervise and manage the engineering and maintenance staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and ongoing development. Create, maintain, and routinely update preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance procedures and documentation. Lead, organize, and participate in technical, safety, and operational process training programs, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Required:

Minimum 7 years of related experience, including experience as a Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, or similar supervisory roles in an industrial setting. Hands-on background in HVAC, compressors, and electrical/mechanical systems, with ability to perform maintenance tasks throughout the plant and handle administrative duties. People management experience, including team leadership and staff development. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, along with strong communication and client-facing skills.
