Chief Financial Officer

Millinocket Regional Hospital is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to direct and oversee the hospital's fiscal operations, including revenue cycle management, budgeting and financial reporting. The CFO will ensure the hospital's financial viability and regulatory compliance while partnering with executive leadership to implement strategies that optimize both resource stewardship and community healthcare delivery.

Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Finance, Business Administration and/or Healthcare Administration. Minimum of five years management experience required. Hospital CFO or controller experience preferred. Critical Access hospital knowledge to include CAH Cost Reporting, required. Must have experience in service line analysis - recognizing negative trends and developing corrective strategies, recognizing real time trending and course adjustment. Must have a proven track record of solid performance and financial improvement planning as well as in completing initiatives in a timely manner and within set parameters. Must be a teacher and collaborator to department managers. Must have excellent reporting skills and proven prioritization skills.
