Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization's financial planning, management, and reporting functions. Responsibilities Strong background in all aspects on accounting: payroll, acounts payable and receivable, general leger, taxes etc Extensive experience with operations and management Must have a degree in Accounting Extensive knowledge with Quickbooks Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive within a complex organization; experience in both non-profit and governmental accounting is highly desirable. Able to develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that align with the organization's mission and long-term objectives. Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and expense control to maximize profitability and operational efficiency. Lead corporate accounting functions ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and other regulatory frameworks such as ASC 606 and COSO standards. Manage risk analysis processes to identify potential financial threats; implement mitigation strategies to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory reporting accuracy. Supervise treasury management activities including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships to optimize working capital. Prepare clear, detailed financial reports for executive leadership and board members; interpret complex financial data to inform strategic decision-making. Foster a high-performance finance team by providing mentorship, supervision, and professional development opportunities focused on technical accounting, tax accounting, cost control, payroll management, and financial software proficiency. Extensive knowledge of financial concepts including risk analysis, market analysis, fiscal management, budget development, forecasting techniques, and business analysis. Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale financial operations involving revenue cycle management, cost control initiatives, supply chain finance, and expense management. Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience supervising diverse teams in high-pressure environments; adept at strategic planning and fostering collaboration across departments. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a proactive approach to business development opportunities that enhance organizational growth.

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
