Dyna Robotics builds general-purpose robots powered by a proprietary, embodied AI foundation model that generalizes and self-improves across varied environments with commercial-grade performance. Already deployed across multiple industries, our frontier model delivers the top generalization and performance in the industry. The Role We're looking for a highly execution-oriented Chief of Staff to partner directly with the Founder & CEO. This is a true generalist and operator role focused on driving execution, structuring strategic planning, and scaling the business across multiple functions. In this role, you will connect strategy to execution by supporting internal planning, KPI reviews, company priorities, and cross-functional initiatives while stepping into high-impact projects wherever needed. This position is ideal for someone who has thrived at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series A) and is highly comfortable operating in ambiguity, ramping quickly across new functional areas, and wearing multiple hats as the company grows. What You'll Do Strategic Planning & Operations Partner with leadership: Collaborate with the executive team on company-wide planning, quarterly goal-setting, strategy reviews, and KPI tracking.
Enable data-driven decisions:
Build dashboards and reporting structures to provide clear visibility into business health and operational metrics.
Drive operational cadence:
Establish organizational rhythms and mechanisms to ensure flawless follow-through on key company priorities.
Cross-Functional Execution Accelerate high-priority initiatives:
Step into ambiguous, high-impact problems across the company and drive them to rapid resolution.
Align cross-functional teams:
Act as the connective tissue across departments to unblock projects and maintain strategic alignment.
Build scalable frameworks:
Identify operational gaps and implement lightweight, effective processes that help the company scale without losing speed. Executive & Business Support Manage investor and board relations: Prepare high-quality materials for board meetings, investor updates, strategic reviews, and leadership planning sessions.
Craft business narratives:
Build clear, data-driven presentations and compelling narratives for external and internal stakeholders.
Support commercial growth:
Assist with fundraising, sales, partnerships, and strategic business initiatives, including basic contract review and coordination.
What You'll Bring Startup Track Record:
3+ years of experience at a Seed or Series A startup in a business operations, Chief of Staff, or generalist operator role.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Grit:
Strong quantitative skills with the ability to break down complex issues, switch contexts rapidly, and build data-driven presentations.
Rapid Adaptability:
The ability to ramp up instantly on unfamiliar topics, industries, or business functions.
Flawless Execution:
High organization, sharp attention to detail, and a relentless focus on follow-through.
Executive-Level Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing board-level and investor-level materials. Bonus points for 1+ years of direct experience as a Chief of Staff at a fast-growing startup. Experience in hardware, robotics, logistics, or operationally intensive industries. Direct exposure to venture fundraising, investor relations, or strategic finance. Experience reviewing, drafting, or coordinating commercial agreements and legal contracts. Apply for this Job
