Psychology Adolescents Social Work Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our ever growing practice. We pride ourselves on being a small, collaborative group focused on integrative mental health and wellness. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of therapy modalities and a passion for helping children and teens improve their mental health and well-being in a creative and holistic manner.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals or groups
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Stay current on best practices in therapy and mental health treatment

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Licensure as a Therapist in the state of practice
• Experience working with children and teens
• Knowledge of clinical research methodologies and evidence-based practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-have Skills:
