Child & Adolescent Therapist The Center for Family Empowerment (CFE) - Wellesley, MA Part-Time | Outpatient | W-2 Position $60-$110 per clinical hour; salary for full time position Are you a clinician who feels genuinely called to support children, teens, and families? The Center for Family Empowerment (CFE) is a warm, highly respected private practice specializing in therapy for children and adolescents. We are well-known in our community as a trusted resource for families, and due to continued growth and strong referrals, we are expanding our team. We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist who is passionate about working with kids and teens and values collaboration, support, and professional growth. This position begins as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for clinicians interested in expanding their caseload over time. What You'll Do Provide outpatient individual therapy to children and adolescents Collaborate with families as clinically appropriate Option to facilitate therapy groups (if interested/experienced) Participate in weekly supervision and case consultation Evening and/or weekend availability is preferred to meet client needs. Caseload will be a mix of private pay and insurance clients.
