Responsibilities Assist with daily activities that promote childhood development, including play, learning, and socialization Support classroom management by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for children Engage children in age-appropriate activities that stimulate cognitive, emotional, and physical growth Provide attentive infant and toddler care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed Collaborate with lead teachers and caregivers to implement educational plans aligned with early childhood education standards Monitor children's behavior to encourage positive interactions and effective behavior management strategies Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently, including first aid procedures when necessary Requirements 18 yrs of age minimum Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar settings is preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain certification if not already held Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Strong classroom experience with toddlers and infants; ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and team members Ability to handle caregiving responsibilities with patience, compassion, and professionalism Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels the growth of young learners!
