Foster strong relationships with families by communicating program updates, developmental progress, and addressing concerns promptly. Manage budgets, supplies, and resources to create an enriching environment for children while maintaining operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience working with children across various age groups such as infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and students with disabilities. Demonstrated classroom experience in early childhood education or daycare settings with strong classroom management skills. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in caregiving and behavior management. Certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are highly desirable. Prior experience in leadership roles within childcare centers or daycare facilities is preferred. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and licensing authorities.
