Duties Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices for infants and toddlers Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and conflict resolution among children Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, concerns, or special needs Maintain a clean and organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards Apply first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or incidents involving children Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, babysitting or nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques Experience caring for infants and toddlers with patience and compassion Familiarity with behavior management strategies suitable for young children Classroom experience or early childhood education coursework is highly desirable Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided if needed Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your caregiving skills nurture the next generation!
