In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes childhood development and learning. Duties Provide attentive care for children across various age groups, K-6th graders Implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional development Ensure safety by supervising children at all times and adhering to health and safety protocols Support children with special needs or disabilities through tailored caregiving strategies Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and needs Collaborate with team members to plan educational activities that align with developmental milestones Skills Proven experience in childcare, nannying, daycare settings, or classroom environments Knowledge of childhood development principles Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response to emergencies Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs Strong behavior management skills to foster positive interactions and discipline strategies Ability to care for K-6th graders with patience, compassion, and attentiveness Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively Join us in creating a joyful and supportive space where children can explore their potential!
