• Part-time Candidate must have one year of paid professional experience in providing court-ordered parent-child supervised visitation, including detailed note taking and the production of narrative visitation reports submitted to courts, custody evaluators and therapists and experience in reading court orders.

Candidate must include a sample supervised visitation report. Inquiries and resumes sent without required writing sample will not be considered. Responsibilities include monitoring parents having court-ordered visitation with their children for reasons which include domestic violence, child abuse, substance abuse, abduction risk and mental illness . Individual must have skills in writing supervised visitation reports that document behaviors, interactions, activities, etc. of the visit and complete a visitation report. Use of MSWord is required. Candidates must demonstrate experience in addressing hostile situations (i.e., terminating visits if harmful to children). Candidates will complete Incident Reports as required. Candidates are required to report all allegations of abuse / neglect to the Child Abuse Hotline. Candidates must have the following minimum requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• college preferred Must have no convicitions of misdemeanors or felonies of any kind Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Must have valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Basic knowledge in parenting principles and child interaction, case management, child development, and social services is preferred Supervise the visit between non-custodial parents and their child(ren).

This includes monitoring and, if necessary, intervening with the parent or child when inappropriate behaviors are demonstrated Must have basic knowledge of Family Court Orders and Orders of Protection Ability to de-escalate crisis situations and model proper, positive behaviors Maintain a professional relationship with parents, family members, and children Be prompt in keeping appointments and adhering to agreed-upon schedules Must have a valid AZ Driver's license and reliable transportation Must not have previously been under an order for supervised visitation and may not have any open or closed case with any child protective agency in any jurisdiction

Hourly Wage:

$35-38 per hour depending upon experience
