We're looking for a Child Welfare•Registered Nurse who brings both clinical insight and strong case management experience, someone who can guide families through complex situations, collaborate seamlessly with social workers, and contribute to high‑quality, child‑centered planning. As a Child Welfare•Registered Nurse, you are central to this mission, offering clinical insight, educating caregivers, supporting youth engaged in our services, and working side-by-side with social workers to promote long-term well-being. About The Role This position blends nursing knowledge with family education, advocacy, and collaborative planning. You will support children, youth, and families involved with Child Welfare, including those present in the agency for appointments, services, transitions, or coordinated supports. This is community•and agency-based work focused on whole-family well-being.

The Basics (Required Education and Experience) Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing No specific experience required Eligibility for licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse as issued by the North Carolina Board of Nursing Valid Driver's License and "safe" driving record Equivalent education and experience are accepted Please include ALL prior work experience on your application and resume. Beyond the Basics (Preferred Education and Experience) BSN or ADN with completion of Public Health Nursing coursework Two years of outpatient or community health nursing experience How Will We Know You're 'The One'?
