Job Duties Providing Counseling and Diagnostic Assessment services to youth and families up to age 26 Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care Maintaining appropriate documentation for services Qualifications Master's degree andLPC/LPCC, LSW/LISW
(or higher) licensure Willingness to get NPI and Medicaid billing number (we'll help!)
