Duties Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement curriculum plans that support developmental milestones and learning goals Lead, supervise, and mentor teaching staff to ensure high standards of classroom management, safety, and educational quality Oversee daily program operations, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and organizational policies Manage budgeting processes, allocate resources effectively, and monitor financial health of the program Represent the organization at community events and meetings Help to supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives Qualifications 3 years proven experience in running an early childhood program Strong background in curriculum development and classroom teaching experience with young children Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising and managing staff performance Excellent communication skills for public speaking, team collaboration, and community outreach Working familiarity with licensing requirements for childcare programs and safety standards Join us to make a meaningful impact on children's lives through innovative leadership and passionate advocacy for early childhood education. Pay:

$16.50 - $20.00 per hour
