Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Childcare Assistant Director to lead and mentor our early childhood education team. In this pivotal role, you will help the Director to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality educational programming, and foster a nurturing environment for children. Your leadership will help encourage and manage staff to promote the growth and development of young learners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of early childhood education while working alongside passionate professionals committed to excellence. Duties Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement curriculum plans that support developmental milestones and learning goals Lead, supervise, and mentor teaching staff to ensure high standards of classroom management, safety, and educational quality Oversee daily program operations, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and organizational policies Manage budgeting processes, allocate resources effectively, and monitor financial health of the program Represent the organization at community events and meetings Help to supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives Qualifications 3 years proven experience in running an early childhood program Strong background in curriculum development and classroom teaching experience with young children Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising and managing staff performance Excellent communication skills for public speaking, team collaboration, and community outreach Working familiarity with licensing requirements for childcare programs and safety standards Join us to make a meaningful impact on children's lives through innovative leadership and passionate advocacy for early childhood education. Pay:
$16.50 - $20.00 per hour
