Childcare Center Office Assistant Manager

About us TenderCare - The Next Generation, Inc. We are a 3 Star Licensed Childcare Center located in Meeker, OK. We are licensed for 60 children and are open Monday - Friday from 6am-6pm. We have an excellent group of Staff working with us; some that have been with us for six years now. We are very proud of that! We even have ladies that have been raised at our Center and return as either high school students to work part-time or ones that return as full-time working adults and mommas. We work from our hearts and love what we do. Children are our business, and teamwork makes the dream work! We are looking for someone to work in the front office as the Personnel in Charge for the afternoon shift at our Center. Responsibilities Overseeing all classrooms and maintaining proper Staff to Child Ratios as enforced by DHS Licensing Standards Ensuring Licensing Standards and all safety measures are followed by afternoon Staff Answering phones One on one interaction with Parents Collecting childcare tuition payments & writing receipts Balancing bank bag at end of day Attendance keeping Checking children in and out based on arrival/departure Closing down Center at the end of the day Collaborate with fellow staff Skills Must be 21 Must be trustworthy and able to keep children's/Center information 100% confidential Methodical and productive Have capability to multitask Patience, flexibility and love for children Strong communication and time management skills Commitment to trainings and staff meetings Ability to work as a team with other staff members Benefits Starting pay at $9-$10/hour Salary is paid weekly Discounted child care tuition for employees Scholarship and multiple stipend opportunities Paid training and certifications This position could be an 8 hour shift or one from 2pm-6pm based on candidate's needs
