  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment.
In this role, you will create engaging lesson plans, foster positive behavior, and support the developmental needs of children across various age groups. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help lay a strong foundation for children's early learning experiences, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and excited to explore the world around them. Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans that promote early childhood education, literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional development. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect among children. Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom organization to ensure a safe and productive space. Support children with special educational needs through tailored interventions and early intervention strategies. Foster effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues to promote child welfare and holistic development. Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools is plus. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring sessions. Experience with special education practices and early intervention programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and team members. Ability to manage classroom activities efficiently while maintaining a positive learning environment.
