• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team.

The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities. This role requires a strong understanding of childhood development principles and the ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents. The Child Care Teacher will play a crucial role in implementing lesson plans that promote literacy, math skills, and early intervention strategies. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress in literacy, math, and other developmental areas. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve classroom strategies. Provide early intervention support for children who may need additional assistance. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Engage children in interactive activities that promote social skills, creativity, and critical thinking. Experience Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential. Familiarity with lesson planning and early intervention techniques is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Experience in teaching literacy education and math concepts to young children is a plus. A background in classroom management techniques will be beneficial.
