Childcare Provider

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various ages, including infants through school aged children. The Childcare Provider will engage in educational activities, manage behaviors, and support the individual needs of each child. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times Plan and lead age-appropriate educational and recreational activities Assist children with meals and daily routines Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area Communicate effectively with parents and staff Monitor children's behavior and encourage positive social interaction Follow all childcare licensing and safety regulations Assist with nap time, learning activities, and outdoor play Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous childcare, daycare, babysitting, or preschool experience preferred CPR and First Aid certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Patience, compassion, and professionalism Must pass background check Benefits Supportive work environment Paid time off (if applicable) Opportunities for advancement Schedule Monday to Friday Day shift
