Childcare Provider/Daycare Worker

Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for children in a daycare and preschool setting, ensuring their safety at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Support children with daily routines such as meal times, diapering, nap schedules, and hygiene practices Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and respect among children Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, needs, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards Assist with classroom management by organizing materials, facilitating group activities, and encouraging inclusive play Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response to emergencies Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members Join us in creating a joyful learning environment where children thrive!
