Duties Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic development. Provide attentive toddler care and preschool experience by addressing individual needs and promoting social-emotional growth. Support children with special education needs and early intervention programs to ensure inclusive learning experiences. Conduct assessments aligned with standardized testing standards to monitor progress and tailor instructional approaches accordingly. Engage children in activities that promote language development, fine motor skills, and early childhood education principles. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to ensure child welfare and maintain open communication about progress and concerns. Skills Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education tailored for young learners. Extensive experience working with children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and classroom management best practices. Familiarity with special education strategies, early intervention programs, and literacy education methods. Proficiency in classroom experience with daycare or private school settings; Montessori certification is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively work with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learners while maintaining a nurturing environment focused on child welfare.
