Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Childcare Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic early childhood education environment. In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom where children can thrive. The ideal candidate is committed to supporting children's learning journeys through innovative lesson planning, effective classroom management, and compassionate communication with both children and families. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social skills through engaging activities tailored to various developmental stages. Manage daily classroom routines with effective behavior management strategies to ensure a positive learning atmosphere. Conduct assessments of children's progress using standardized testing methods and document developmental milestones for individual children. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and support early intervention when needed. Incorporate special education techniques to support children with diverse learning needs and promote inclusive classroom practices. Plan and lead educational activities that foster childhood development in areas such as language acquisition, motor skills, and emotional regulation. Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, assessments, and incident reports in compliance with childcare regulations. Experience Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated classroom management skills with the ability to engage children across different age groups including toddlers and preschoolers. Knowledge of early intervention strategies and childhood development principles to support diverse learners effectively. Experience developing curriculum content that incorporates literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and Montessori techniques. Strong communication skills for collaborating with parents, colleagues, and specialists in special education or child welfare fields. Familiarity with classroom experience involving standardized testing procedures and lesson planning for early childhood education programs. Previous roles involving tutoring or teaching physical education are advantageous for creating well-rounded learning experiences.
