We provide full-time and part-time care, nursery school, kindergarten, before and after school programs, and summer sessions to foster growth and development in every child. Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Childcare Teacher/Educator and a 3 year old Nursery School Classroom teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will create engaging learning environments, support children's developmental milestones, and implement age-appropriate curricula. Your enthusiasm will inspire young learners while ensuring their safety, happiness, and educational progress. Responsibilities Develop and implement creative lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and curriculum development principles. Foster a nurturing environment that promotes social-emotional growth, behavior management, and positive interactions among children. Support children's literacy education, math skills, physical education, and overall childhood development through tailored activities. Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining classroom management best practices to ensure a safe and organized space. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, milestones, and any special educational needs related to early intervention or special education. Engage in ongoing professional development related to Montessori methods, toddler care, preschool experience, and standardized testing preparation. Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental assessments, and lesson plans in compliance with childcare regulations. Skills Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles including curriculum development and classroom management techniques. Experience working with children across various age groups such as toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children. Familiarity with special education strategies and early intervention programs to support diverse learning needs. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical activities, and Montessori methods. Proven experience in childcare settings such as daycare centers or private schools with classroom experience. Knowledge of behavior management techniques that promote positive behavior and emotional regulation.
