Children and Youth Ministries Director

Harmony-Zelienople Global Methodist Church is seeking a full-time Kids and Student Ministries Director to lead ministries for children (birth through 5th grade) and students (6th through 12th grade). This role focuses on building consistent, Christ-centered programming that helps kids and students grow in their faith, while also strengthening connections with families and the broader church. The Director will provide overall leadership for weekly programming, events, and volunteer teams, ensuring ministries are organized, well-supported, and aligned with the church s mission and policies. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to recruit and develop volunteers, engage families, and maintain safe and effective ministry environments. Prior ministry or related experience is preferred, along with a demonstrated Christian faith and alignment with the church s doctrine. This is a full-time position that includes Sunday mornings, evening programming, and church meetings.
