Job Responsibilities:

Drive and operate trucks in a safe and efficient manner. Pick up residual wood products, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed. Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy. Must maintain accurate ELD while on duty. Conduct pre•and post-trip inspections and report any problems or damage to management. Communicate with dispatch in a timely manner regarding residual ticket questions, movement, problems with equipment, delays, stops, etc. Comply with all FMCSA rules and regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, inspection, and maintenance of equipment. Obey all traffic laws, including but not limited to: driving within posted speed limits. Wear appropriate PPE equipment provided by the company. Subject to DOT controlled substance and alcohol testing regulations.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid CDL Class A License at all times. Current DOT Medical Card. Pass pre-employment, post-accident, and random drug screening tests as required. 3 Years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents. Effective communication skills. Safety focused. Punctual and reliable.
