Your role will include scheduling, therapy assistance, and office management. Occasional travel for seminars is required. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families. Manage scheduling and appointment reminders for patients. Manage office tasks and maintain a welcoming environment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment. Travel occasionally for professional seminars Requirements Positive, enthusiastic attitude Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
