Role:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) to join our clinical team. This role is designed for a professional who wants to work in a high-caliber clinical environment that rivals major sports clinics. You will provide targeted manual therapy that directly complements chiropractic adjustments, helping patients recover faster and perform better. Key Responsibilities

Manual Therapy:

Perform focused mini-massages to complement chiropractic adjustments and enhance patient outcomes.

Clinical Modalities:

Efficiently set up and monitor EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) and therapeutic heat/ice applications.

Patient Flow:

Maintain a smooth clinical experience by managing treatment rooms and keeping concise documentation. Hours & Availability

Minimum:

16 hours per week.

Growth:

Opportunity for additional hours is available based on patient demand and office volume.

• Shift availability is within our Tuesday - Saturday clinical schedule. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during clinical shifts.
• Frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach while assisting patients or adjusting equipment.
• Sufficient manual dexterity and physical strength to perform repetitive soft tissue work and manual therapy throughout the day.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs (e.g., assisting patients on/off tables or repositioning clinical equipment). Qualifications

Certification:

Current California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) certification is required.

Experience:

Previous experience in a sports-focused, physical therapy, or chiropractic clinical setting is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:
