Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Our one physician Chiropractic office is looking for an energetic, friendly, and driven individual to help patients administratively and clinically. Applicants should possess great telephone/customer service skills and be able to multitask well. Experience in chiropractic offices is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Duties include but are not limited to: Answer phones, schedule appointments, collect payments Assist with patient care (muscle stimulation and therapeutic ultrasound) Effectively use EHR Software Input insurance information, check benefits, understand insurance terms Navigate iPad, computer systems, fax/copy machines Keep the office clean daily, wipe down rooms, clean bathrooms, do laundry Successfully complete opening and closing duties Open office hours are as follows: Monday 8:30am-12:30pm, 2:30pm-6:00pm Tuesday 9:00am-3:00pm Wednesday 9:00am-12:30pm, 2:30pm-7:00pm Friday 9:00am-12:30pm, 2:30pm-7:00pm Saturdays 8:00am- 12:00pm This is a part time position and schedule will be discussed upon interview Pay will be negotiated commensurate with experience.
