Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Front Desk / Chiropractor_ Physical Therapist Assistant, where your expertise will directly enhance patient well-being and recovery. In this role, you will not only support chiropractors and doctor of osteopathic medicine in delivering exceptional care by assisting with patient assessments, managing acute pain, and implementing tailored care plans. but also have Front office duties. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure patients processes throughout their healing journey. Patient is usually being treated 6-8 weeks with Chiropractic and Physical Therapy Modalities. This position is both Front Office -Administrative and back office patient care. The importance is to Enter the patient correctly , educate the patient on their journey here at Body Therapy and improve their mobility as soon as possible. Bilingual is preferred Duties Enter patient in Front Office, Obtain all the required documents and upload into the EHR. Provide the medical Records when requested. Conduct thorough patient observations and assist with physical examinations to evaluate musculoskeletal health. Support chiropractors in managing acute pain through targeted therapies such as trigger point therapy and other manual techniques. Maintain and upkeep detailed documentation of patient progress, care plans, and treatment outcomes to ensure continuity of care. Maintain Patient Records for All entities. Skills Strong Computer Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology essential for effective patient assessment. Proven ability to observe patient conditions closely and identify signs of acute or chronic pain. Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment procedures and educating patients about their health. Familiarity with medical imaging procedures and interpretation to support diagnosis accuracy. Compassionate approach combined with active listening skills to foster trust and positive patient interactions.
