You will be the face of our brand, transforming a simple "store visit" into a memorable and tasty journey for every guest who walks through our doors. What You'll Do Curate the

Experience:

Lead guided chocolate tastings, teaching guests how to identify tasting notes ranging from earthy tobacco to bright fruits.

The Art of Pairing:

Expertly recommend pairings between our single-origin chocolates and our curated selection of wines and spirits.

Storytelling:

Share the "Bean-to-Bar" journey—educating guests on ethical sourcing, Hawaiian agriculture, and our specific chocolate-making process.

Retail Excellence:

Maintain the beauty of the tasting room, manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and ensure the shop is stocked and inviting.

Hospitality:

Provide fantastic service, making both locals and tourists feel like experts by the time they leave.

You love talking to people and can command a room (or a tasting table) with enthusiasm and poise.

Craft-Enthusiast:

You have a keen palate (or a deep desire to develop one) and an interest in the nuances of craft food and drink.

Qualifications:

Communication:

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively and tell the "Bean-to-Bar" story. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to welcome international guests.

Team Collaboration:

You thrive in a dynamic environment and are always ready to assist on the fly. We value a teammate who stays observant, anticipates the needs of the shop, and is eager to support coworkers with urgent tasks or shifting priorities as they arise.

Retail Foundation:
