Chop Gun Operator

Primary Responsibilities Operate fiberglass chop gun. Follow manufacturing schedules and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all company, safety (HSE), and quality policies and procedures. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Perform other duties as assigned. Job Duties Work up to 12-hour shifts, including standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion. Lift materials up to 50 lbs. and perform push/pull tasks throughout the shift. Overtime and shift work may be required. Minimal travel (less than 10%) expected. Education and Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred. 3 years of verifiable work history preferred. Must pass a drug screen and background check. Commitment to safety and team-based work environment.
