The ideal candidate will have a background in the restaurant industry and possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations. ## Duties

• Manage and lead a team of employees during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Oversee food production, cleanliness, prep level for next shift and next day.
• Train new staff members
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and health & safety
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Collaborate with the management team to improve processes and procedures ## Experience ###

Required Skills:

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong knowledge of food service operations
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively ###

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• English and Spanish speaking
