Position Overview We are hiring a Laborer / Equipment Operator who is dependable, motivated, and ready to grow. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple types of construction work and equipment. You'll be expected to contribute both as a laborer and, as your skills develop, as an equipment operator. Responsibilities

• Perform general labor including site prep, grading support, trenching, and cleanup
• Operate equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, and full-size excavators (based on experience)
• Assist with utilities, building pads, bridge work, and other civil construction tasks
• Work efficiently with the crew to complete tasks safely and correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of equipment and job sites
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Perform light maintenance to equipment such as greasing Qualifications
• Construction and/or equipment experience preferred (not required)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Physically capable of performing manual labor
