Position:

Experienced Civil Designer / Engineer We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer/Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership qualities and a solid work ethic who is looking to grow with a well-established firm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare design plans for residential subdivisions and commercial sites Collaborate with Project Managers and clients on subdivision, multi-family residential, commercial, and industrial site designs Develop or modify deliverables based on rough sketches, markups, and/or detailed verbal instructions Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D software on a daily basis Qualifications Experience Minimum of 6 years of civil site plan and/or residential construction design experience (required) Minimum of 6 years of AutoCAD experience (required) Minimum of 6 years of Civil 3D experience (required) Familiarity with MSD, St. Louis County, and St. Charles County Highway standards (preferred) Skills Strong problem-solving and resolution skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Compensation & Benefits Compensation is commensurate with experience.
