Civil Foreman Telecommunications

Description We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman with proven attention-to-detail and takes pride in their quality and workmanship. The foreman oversees and coordinates construction projects related to Cell Tower/Telecom New Site Builds & Rawland Construction with expertise in Tower Foundations, forms & rebar, retaining walls, clearing and grading. The Foreman will also have past experience with setting generators, general trenching, concrete installs & decoms, Electric Vehicle Charging stations and general landscaping. The Foreman will ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. Duties/Responsibilities Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of civil laborers Assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed according to the project timeline. Monitoring work quality to ensure compliance with safety and construction standards. Perform hands-on civil construction on EV, cellular & General construction sites. Responsible for all stages of civil construction of Electric Vehicle Charging stations, Cell tower/Telecom raw lands & existing, Generators, General Trenching, Concrete installs & decoms along with general landscaping. Ability to successfully layout a site & complete all aspects of the civil installation, including trenching & concrete scopes. Ability to tie and place rebar cages per specifications & install equipment. Ability to saw cut & pave. Qualifications Ability to work independently under limited supervision while supervising 1-2 co-workers. Good organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written. Responsible for the company-provided vehicle, trailer, tools, equipment and supplies. Must comply with and enforce company and industry safety standards at all times. Proven ability to operate excavation equipment.
