CLAIM RESEARCH & CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities of Sports, Inc.'s Dealer Support and Claims Department staff. Position requires attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of credits and claims, prioritize workload, and be a contributing team member to the Dealer Support and Claims Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides support to the Dealer Support and Claims staff Analyzes claims, ensuring each is accurately researched, coded, and documented appropriately Examines and researches all records, such as billing, credits, shipping, or other records that can help provide resolution to Dealer issues Distributes claim requests to suppliers Manages department inboxes, distributing each to the appropriate staff member Organizes Dealer credits per department processes Ensures team members have required support and information to help with resolution of issues for Dealers Responds promptly and courteously with a focus on problem resolution Provides exceptional customer service for internal and external customers Works in and supports a positive team environment with all Sports, Inc. staff Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field preferred Experience in business operations Knowledge of Netsuite preferred Proficiency with Excel, Word, Gmail, and Google Drive Strong customer service skills Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills for interacting verbally and electronically with Suppliers, Dealers, and internal teams Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail Working at Sports, Inc. offers a fun and dynamic team-based environment for career growth.
